Adding Users

To add a user, click on the "Add User" link. A new page will be displayed. Here you will enter in the user's username (eight character limit, must be unique), full real name, password, and choose their access rights by checking the appropriate boxes. Click the "Add" button and the system will check to see if the username is taken. If it is, you will have to choose another. If not, the user is added.

Editing Users

To edit a user, click on the "Edit User" link. A new page will be displayed with a drop-down box containing all users. Choose the user you wish to edit and click the "Edit Button".

Here you can edit the user's username (eight character limit, must be unique), full real name, and choose their access rights by checking the appropriate boxes. Click the "Edit" button and the system will check to see if the username is taken. If it is, you will have to choose another. If not, the user is edited.

Deleting Users

To delete a user, click on the "Delete User" link. A new page will be displayed with a drop-down box containing all users. Choose the user you wish to delete and click the "Delete Button".

You will not be asked for confirmation, so be sure you wish to delete the selected user before clicking the button.
