Over spring break, 2011, I traveled to Israel and Palestine, and
then on to Istanbul,
with an NMU faculty group. A number of folks blogged about our trip, for
example here is Rob Legg’s take. Finally, I’ve

not political) reasons, namely: I’m not sure which of the two nations each of
