Sharp-tailed Grouse in the U.P.

Sharp-tailed Grouse come to feeders in the Soo during the winter months, and are fairly easy to find there. There are leks throughout the U.P., but these are active for only a brief time each year, and their locations are generally not publicized. Sharp-tailed Grouse occur in decent numbers in Seney National Wildlife Refuge.
