Make a page that asks how many quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies
a person has.  Compute the total in $$$.

* Compute the total in $$$.
* Enforce reasonable entries via javascript
* Have a div.  Put into it messages like "You're rich" or "Pennies cannot be below zero".
* The background should change based on how rich they are.  Three different levels.
