You will make me a web page about something you want to change in the world.  It 
could be that you want to eliminate cars, increase the number of coal mines, 
make polygamy legal, add two hours of P.E. to every college day.

Bonus points for coolness.  Please don't be lame.  You must turn in in 
person, and if your site is lame expect an extra hard challenge.
