Positioning exorcizes

1) Make me a div with a red border that's at the top of the page.

2) Make me a div with a red border that's 20 px down from the top of the page.

3) Make me a div with a red border that's at the bottom of the page.

4) Make me a div with a red border that's 10px from the right hand side of the page in the middle of the page vertically.

5) Make a page with a bunch of stupid cut-n-paste text.  So much you have to scroll.  Then put a div at the top of the page such that
it's ALWAYS at the top of the page.

it scrolls with the page.

7) Same div, only fixed in the dead middle of the page.

8) Make two divs.  One at the top and bottom of the page.  They never move, even when scrolling.

9) Make two divs.  One at the upper left corner and lower right corner of the page.  They never move, even when scrolling.

10) Make a div in the dead middle of the screen.  When I hover over it, the border turns from red to green.
