Your mission is simple.  You must create a wave file changer.

10 points if you can print every segment "data", "fmt ", "WAVE" found in the file.
5 points if you can change the volume in the file (make it loud or soft).
5 points if you can change the play speed.
5 points if you can swap the left and right channels.
5 points if you can blank one of the channels.
-1 point for every day after Nov 1st

The total is out of 30 points, and only 30 points are possible.

I will test your program on files from c:\windows\media and from the
sound recorder.  Thie first has only needed segments, and the second 
has an additional segment.

If you write a wave file stripper I will give you an extra 30% on any program you want.
All it need do is take an wave file and produce a second wave file, one with only the 
RIFF, WAVE, fmt, and data segments.
