Read a file called instructions.txt.
That file with have 
	a filename on the first line
	one or more addtional lines with a line number on each

Open the filename you were given.  For each line with a number, print that line for the target file.
If the number is out of bounds, ignore it.
When the intruction file ends, call exit
Line number start with 1, not 0!
