Your task is to read a number in base 10, and print it base N where N goes from 2 ... 16.

You MAY NOT USE any of the built-in functions for reading in a number and converting it 
from base to base!

You MAY NOT USE array indexing.  Everything must be done with pointers.


5	Can read a number and understand it's value.
5	Can reject bad numbers.
5	Can convert it to any other base.
5	Can convert it to all the bases 2 ...16
5	Can tell if the result is a palindrome.
5	If turned in before Sat, Sept 14th

-5	If turned in after Thursday Sept 19th
