			What its good for
				signing
				encryption
				other
			A public key back to you
			Strength level 
		A URL to find out more (signers url)
		A URL to the revokation list
		Each field can be marked manditory but are generally not
		Some certs are anonymous 
			student to access a library, 
			but not which student.  
			useful for ejournals
		No way to log a certs use
		No real way to revoke a cert before it's time
		The POLICY concerns are a big deal (what's == feds moderate security?)
