Add finding suggested spellings using the following formulas.  In the examples,
MISSPELLED is the misspelled word and DICT is each word from the dictionary.

All matches are done ignoring case.

* MISSPELLED matches DICT with any one letter missing.
* DICT matches MISSPELLED with any one letter missing.
* DICT matches MISSPELLED with any two letters swapped.
* MISSPELLED matches DICT+"ing" or DICT+"ed"
* MISSPELLED matches DICT ignoring all vowels.
