Change the login code to do these things.  One point per item.

- Make the table in your database, not mine.
- The cookie expires on the browser in an hour (or 10 seconds for debugging).
- When the cookie is inserted into the database, it's time is inserted.
- Any cookie more than a hour old does not count.
- Make a page that adds new users to the table of valid users.
- Only the user named "megaman" can access that page.
- If they go to a page, and that page takes them to the login page, 
  use the referer to go back when they log in successfully.
