There is speach that is illegal.  But is it legal to provide a pointer to illegal speach?

What Happened First:  The DeCSS software was found to be illegal according to the DMCA.  A web site was ordered to remove it's copy of the software.

The Web Site's Reaction:  The web site removed it's copy, and placed a link from it's web site to an offshore copy.  

What the Judge Did:  He issued an injunction against even the link to the software.
